this recipe from Noble Pig (awesome food blog by the way) the other night and it was wonderful! I love the tang of vinegar with potatoes. It is kind of like a grown up version of the malt vinegar french fries I remember eating on the boardwalk as a kid. I don't measure very many things so I didn't follow the exact measurements and I didn't have any rosemary on hand so left that out but other than that I followed the recipe and they were yummy. I liked them so much I made them two days later. My photos aren't nearly as good as the original but here is my photo right after coming out of the oven. Trust me... try these and you will start eating straight off the pan!
